How does e-bike fleet rental work?

I am a private individual, is there a rental service?
To date there is no rental service for individuals. You can contact our points, which you can find on the page www.fanticrent.com which, on request, can rent an E-Bike for the time you need
Are EXNOVO E-Bikes reliable?
Our EXNOVO E-Bikes are pedal assisted bikes that have made one or more rental cycles. Our specialized technicians perform more than 30 checks, replace consumables and finish the frame so that the product is perfect and guaranteed for use.
How long does a battery last?
The batteries have a guaranteed life of 500 complete cycles and 1000 half cycles. This allows the user to have a product that lasts over the years. For autonomy, however, the variables are the watts / hour and the use of the vehicle: a 630 Wh battery, which is 80% of the E-Bike Fantic, guarantees an autonomy that varies from 60 to 120 km. Correct use of E-Bikes allows a longer duration of assistance: using the gearbox in the most appropriate way, facilitating a frequency pedaling and being assisted by the engine based on the type of route, will allow you to complete longer routes than you can to imagine!
If I have a problem with an E-Bike in my fleet, how can I ask for assistance?
On the ASSISTANCE page, you will find the form dedicated to the request for support. You will need to enter your references, the serial number (s) of the E-Bike that needs support and write down what problem it is. There is the possibility of inserting a video or images that will allow us to give you a more precise and faster service.
I purchased a Fantic EXNOVO, if I need assistance, who should I contact?
Fantic Rent based in Dosson di Casier, near Treviso. If you purchased the E-Bike directly from us, simply send an email to info@fanticrent.com asking for an appointment. For those who do not have the opportunity to bring the E-Bike in place, you can contact our points, which you will find on the page www.fanticrent.com/points, which will certainly be able to help you. As far as electronics and engine problems are concerned, you can complete the support request on the form on the assistance page by entering the serial number of your vehicle.
